About The Smokehouse
After 34 years in the custom meat business, my wife and I purchased our business in 2011. The Durand Smokehouse is nestled on the scenic banks on the Chippewa River, located on highway 85 in the river town of Durand Wisconsin. We serve our customers with fresh cut meats, locally processed beef and pork, and award winning sausages.
